WHAT IS AN EGOLI BANGLE?

 

EGOLI is a Zulu word meaning City Of Gold which is more commonly known as Johannesburg.

Mike and Kevin were designing new jewelry in EGOLI (meaning City Of Gold) back in 1990 and over the radio in the workshop we heard the news of Nelson Mandela's release (after being in prison for more than a quarter of a century) and listened to his now famous speech.
